By creating or using an ADRS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create or use an ADRS.
An ADRS is a user-controlled, share-only location identity that may resolve to a physical location. ADRS is not a public listing, directory, or discovery service.
You retain control of your ADRS for as long as it remains active and compliant with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for how, when, and with whom your ADRS is shared.
You may not use ADRS to:
ADRS visibility and access controls are managed by the owner. ADRS does not guarantee confidentiality once an ADRS is intentionally shared or forwarded.
ADRS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, resolution accuracy, or continued support for any feature or tier.
ADRS identities may expire, be suspended, or be reclaimed if renewal terms are not met, these Terms are violated, or required by law or security considerations.
ADRS may rely on third-party services, including mapping and geocoding providers. ADRS is not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADRS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ADRS is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
